When we introduce paid subscription plans, the following refund policy will apply:
1. 7日間返金保証
- All new subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee
- If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, request a full refund
- No questions asked for first-time subscribers
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
2. 返金の対象条件
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
- Service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Cancellation before renewal (pro-rated refund may apply)
3. 返金不可の状況
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Subscriptions older than 7 days (except for service outages)
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Change of mind after the 7-day period
- Unused subscription time (except for billing errors)
- Third-party service fees (payment processing fees)
4. 返金のリクエスト方法
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and reason for refund request
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
5. サブスクリプションのキャンセル
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refund for the remaining days in the current period (except within 7-day window)
- You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing cycle
6. 日割り返金
In exceptional circumstances (such as extended service outages or severe service degradation), we may offer pro-rated refunds for the affected period. These are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. 返金方法と処理手数料
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-7 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-10 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
決済処理手数料
Payment processors charge fees (typically 3-5%) when you make a payment. These fees are charged by the payment processor, not by us. Refunds are calculated as the amount we received minus the non-refundable processing fee.
Example: If you paid $19.00, the processing fee is approximately $0.85 (4.5%). Your refund would be $18.15.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, such as:
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
- Excessive data export before refund request
- Evidence of fraudulent activity

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
